I placed my order in December 6 and I haven’t received it (Dec 18 today ) I have sent to emails in no response for a refundat this moment so frustrated .

You placed the order December 2nd and this was packaged December 5th and shipped out December 6th at 9am. I'm not entirely sure what happened with your order but, a claim has been filed with USPS. Sometimes they forgot to scan items or it could have been lost in the mail due to the holiday season. Your refund has been processed. I will follow up once I hear back from the postal office tomorrow.
12/22/25 - Post office confirmed the package was delivered. I was unable to get my refund on the claim I submitted. Which is fine. You received your refund 12/18.
