DTF Transfer Application Instructions (Cold Peel):

1. Pre-Press the Garment:

   • Place the shirt on your heat press.

   • Pre-press for 5-10 seconds to remove moisture and wrinkles.

2. Position the Transfer:

   • Place the DTF transfer design face-up (ink side down) on the shirt in the desired position.

3. Pressing Instructions:

   • Temperature: 340-350°F 

   • Time: 20 - 25 seconds

   • Pressure: Medium to Firm Pressure — You should feel moderate resistance when closing your press. The platen should lock down firmly, but not with extreme force.

4. Cold Peel:

   • Let the transfer cool completely before peeling. This is critical. Peeling too early can ruin the design! Hot peeling will rip the design. 

   • Once cool, peel the film slowly and evenly from one corner.

5. Final Press (Extremely Recommended):

   • Cover with parchment paper or a Teflon sheet.

   • Press again for 10 seconds to seal the design and improve durability.
